At Milkman FarmFresh, we take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality dairy and FMCG products directly from our farm to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature and hygiene standards of our products, we have a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • No Return or Exchange on FMCG Products
    We do not accept any returns or exchanges on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or dairy items once they have been delivered. This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and freshness for all our customers.
  • Products that fall under this category include but are not limited to:
    • Milk
    • Paneer
    • Ghee
    • Curd
    • Buttermilk
    • Any pre-packaged food items

Conditions That Are Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Change of mind after placing the order

Items opened or consumed even partially

Improper storage by customer after delivery

Dislike of taste or texture (as freshness and quality are always maintained)

Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your product is:

  • Spoiled at the time of delivery
  • Physically damaged
  • Incorrectly delivered (wrong item)

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • A clear photo/video of the product
  • Brief description of the issue

Our customer support team will verify and guide you on the next steps. If verified, a full refund or replacement will be issued, subject to availability.

Refund Process

If eligible, refunds will be:

You will be notified via email/SMS once your refund is processed

Processed to your original payment method (UPI/card/wallet)

Credited within 5–7 business days after approval

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Please note: Cash on Delivery is not available.
All orders must be prepaid using secure online payment methods.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before dispatch without any penalty.

Once the order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.
