At Milkman FarmFresh, we ensure your dairy reaches you fresh, fast, and fuss-free. Here's how it works:

3. Wait for Your Order to Arrive

Exchange or Return of Goods

At Milkman FarmFresh, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery—provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.

To ensure fairness and hygiene for all our customers, dairy and perishable goods are non-returnable unless:

  • The item arrived damaged or spoiled

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order was incomplete

A return or exchange will only be processed if:

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • You provide a valid order ID and images of the issue

  • The item is in its original, untampered packaging

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

You can track your order status in your account section or through the link provided in your confirmation email. If there’s a delay, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We do not deliver on national public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We currently deliver to most urban and suburban postcodes. You can check serviceability at checkout by entering your pin code.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

While we strive for quick delivery, next-day service is not guaranteed for all locations. It depends on your area and order time.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, someone should be present to receive the order, especially for perishable FMCG products. We do not support unattended drop-offs.
