Exchange or Return of Goods
At Milkman FarmFresh, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery—provided the product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
To ensure fairness and hygiene for all our customers, dairy and perishable goods are non-returnable unless:
The item arrived damaged or spoiled
You received the wrong product
Your order was incomplete
A return or exchange will only be processed if:
You contact us within 24 hours of delivery
You provide a valid order ID and images of the issue
The item is in its original, untampered packaging
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

We do not deliver on national public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.

Yes, someone should be present to receive the order, especially for perishable FMCG products. We do not support unattended drop-offs.
